1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Miru mobile application, website, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Third-Party Content & Streaming
Miru is an anime cataloging, tracking, and streaming client. Miru does not host, upload, or store any video files, media, or torrents on its servers. All video streams and third-party embeds are indexed from public third-party servers. We have no control over the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party sources.
3. User Accounts & Sign-In
To sync your favourites, watch history, and comments across devices, you may sign in using Google Sign-In. Miru reads your display name, email address, and avatar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity conducted under your credentials.
4. Acceptable Conduct
When posting comments or interacting with community features, you agree not to post spam, abusive, explicit, or infringing content. Violation of community standards may result in comment suppression or account termination.
5. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Miru after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile Settings or our account removal portal.
